D.O.O Digi-tel is a company with headquarters in Čačak, Serbia from which its business is conducted and this web site is administered. D.O.O Digi-tel asserts its copyright over the materials found on this website www.digitel.rs and any unauthorised use of this website or any part thereof shall be considered a breach of the Serbian Trademarks Act, Copyright and Related Rights Act or other laws relating to intellectual property, and as such shall be prosecuted.
Any amendment, deletion, reproduction, sale, presentation or distribution of the content of this site for commercial or public purposes without the written agreement of D.O.O Digi-tel is prohibited. The content of the site may be viewed, copied or downloaded solely for personal information purposes, and no modification or deletion may be made of any designation of ownership or other information relating to the protection of copyright and the protection of intellectual property.

Statement of conversion
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our web site.

The working hours of customer service are from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
Delivery is currently possible only on the territory of Serbia. Prices in the online store are shown in dinars including tax, and payment is made exclusively in dinars.
After receiving the order confirmation, the customer can expect delivery to the address within 7 working days. In the event that, due to high demand for a specific product or other technical reasons, the desired product is not delivered due to limited stock, the customer will be notified within 24 hours.
For all orders, regardless of the amount, postage is free.
City Express and Post Express courier services are the companies that deliver shipments for Digi-tel. The merchant selects the courier service according to the product’s technical characteristics, the courier’s availability, and other factors that influence the selection of the courier service, all with the aim of faster and more reliable delivery of the product to the end customers. Before delivery, the courier will contact the customer to arrange the delivery. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. The delivery is returned to the merchant if the customer is not at the address.
Shipments are delivered exclusively on working days (from Monday to Friday).
The customer has the right to complain about the purchased product due to defects that occurred within 24 months from the date of purchase of the product. After the expiration of that period, the customer loses the right to file a complaint.
The customer has no right to complain if:
1. missed the deadline for filing a complaint;
2. a defect in the purchased product caused by his fault or the fault of other persons.

The basis of the request for a complaint is determined by an authorized employee and informs the Customer within 8 days from the day of receiving it.
In the case of a well-founded complaint and its acceptance by the merchant, the customer, at his own choice, has the right to:
• replacement of the purchased product with a defect for a new correct product.
• returning the amount of the price paid according to the attached invoice
• elimination of product defects.
Depending on the nature of the complaint, the trader undertakes to resolve the issue within 29 days (replace the product/refund the amount of the price according to the paid invoice or eliminate the defect in the product).

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
In case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the Digit-tel online store is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account at the seller’s request.”
