Fertico

This project is the result of a successful collaboration with the Agromarket-Kragujevac group, a leader in fertilizer production and plant nutrition through its sub-brand Fertico. Green walls and surfaces in the interior directly reflect the company’s core activities, creating a harmonious environment that embodies a commitment to nature and sustainability.

The design’s goal was to create a workspace that is serious yet comfortable, transparent, and inspiring. The architecture is simple, functional, and clean, with contrasting elements that introduce dynamics and a spontaneous character into the space. The open-plan design with glass-walled offices maximizes visual connectivity among employees, fostering an atmosphere of transparency and open communication, while also enhancing a sense of community within the team.

Beyond aesthetic value, the space is designed to meet the needs of a modern business environment. Each zone has been carefully planned to ensure efficient work and collaboration, while also providing comfort and motivation for every employee. The integration of natural elements through green surfaces contributes to creating a calm and inspiring environment, ideal for creative thinking and productivity.
