The renovation of Raiffeisen Bank’s headquarters in Belgrade aimed to transform the office space for a hybrid work model. The goal was to create an environment that not only meets functional needs but also inspires creativity and productivity, offering the flexibility essential in today’s workplace.
The design focuses on supporting various work styles, from individual tasks to team meetings and informal discussions. The building features different types of offices, including small meeting rooms with glass partitions, as well as open workspaces with movable partitions for more adaptability. Special booths were designed for video calls, while stand-up zones allow for quick, effective meetings and brainstorming sessions.
The interior design uses neutral shades of gray, white, and black, with vibrant accents in yellow, red, blue, and green. These colors are introduced through furniture and partitions, creating a dynamic and inspiring space. Natural materials like light wood and green plants add warmth and comfort to the environment.
Our company provided FlipUp plug sockets for the conference rooms, ensuring seamless connectivity for all electronic devices while maintaining the space’s aesthetic and functional value.
