The Bridge Plaza Office in Belgrade is designed for the company’s various operational sectors. The main goal was to create a functional space that meets the specific needs of each sector while providing a pleasant working environment.
Modern workspaces often emphasize “rest and relaxation zones,” which have become crucial in business interiors. The limited space and the company’s nature, involving many employees and external collaborators, posed a challenge for the architects.
The layout is organized by sectors, intersectoral collaborations, and external collaborators. The aim was to clearly define paths for external associates to ensure smooth, directed movement. These routes shaped the arrangement of workspaces, from traditional closed offices to open spaces with multiple work units.
Closed offices have glass partitions for transparency. The interior features yellow and light gray as primary colors, contrasted by a black ceiling with visible ventilation. Strip neon lighting and a custom gray-yellow gradient carpet guide movement through corridors and offices. Small kitchenettes with seating areas are made of light wood, also used as wall coverings in some offices. This material, combined with bright yellow accents and natural greenery, creates a warm atmosphere.
